A seguito di un'attenta analisi degli spazi presenti all'interno del monolocale e delle richieste del cliente, si è proceduto a ripensare gli spazi in modo che tutta la struttura possa risultare più fluida e funzionale. La prima scelta effettuata è stata quella di confermare la cucina nell'attuale posizione, riducendone la lunghezza a favore di uno spazio più definito e attrezzato, dove poter consumare piacevoli pasti anche in compagnia. A fianco dell'ingresso il nuovo bagno e lo spazio di accesso viene così definito per avere una visuale dell'appartamento più completa. La zona living/notte si delinea come un grande spazio con una libreria e una nicchia tv a vista di fronte al divano, tutto incorniciato da un grande mobile bianco, la cui neutralità fa si che la vista ricada prevalentemente sulla finestra che inquadra la prima periferia della città e i magnifici colli bolognesi. La parete attrezzata bianca con nicchia a vista è in parte apribile e composta da una zona notte principale, una zona giorno, un secondo letto per gli ospiti e un ripostiglio spazioso in cui si può accedere. Il ripostiglio è il primo ambiente che troviamo, nascosto alla vista e con uno spazio alto 2 metri diventa utile come deposito bagagli, bici, e oggetti di pulizia. Il vano tv e libreria a giorno suddivide il ripostiglio da quella che possiamo definire camera padronale. Essa si trova nell'ultimo scomparto e prevede letto da una piazza e mezzo rialzato di 50 cm, con due cassettoni estraibili, un armadio privato e una testata che funge da mensola, con luce soffusa integrata. Il letto per gli ospiti si trova sopra al ripostiglio e accessibile dalla scaletta a pioli a vista collocata tra libreria e angolo tv.
La pavimentazione prevista è in resina grigia, unica fascia che cambia colore è quella di fronte alla libreria per creare un gioco visivo che possa far intuire ai fruitori la differenza tra uno spazio e l'altro.

Following careful analysis of the spaces inside the studio and on customer requirements, it proceeded to rethink the space so that the entire structure can be more fluid and functional. The first choice made was to confirm the kitchen in the current position, reducing its length in favor of a more defined space and equipped, where you can enjoy pleasant meals in the company. A left input the new bath and the access space is thus defined to have a more complete view of the apartment. The living room / night is shaping up as a great space with a library and a TV niche exposed in front of the sofa, all in a large white body, whose neutrality means that the view falls mainly on the window that frames the outskirts the city and the beautiful hills of Bologna. The wall unit with white niche is visible in the opening and consists of a main sleeping area, a living area, a second bedroom for guests and a spacious storage room where you can access. The utility room is the first room that we find, hidden from view by a tall and 2 meters becomes useful as luggage storage, bicycle, and cleaning items. The compartment tv and bookcase divides the closet by what we might call the master bedroom. It is the last compartment and provides bed for one and a half floor of 50 cm, with two big drawers, a wardrobe and a private head that serves as a shelf, with integrated soft light. The guest bed is above the closet and accessible by ladder rungs to view placed between library and TV area.
The flooring is laid in gray resin, the only band that changes color is the one in front of the library to create a visual game that can make sense to users the difference between a space and the other.
