In this project are offered three different options of arrangements, considering the three required operative units and their approach to the entrance + waiting hall. Each of them is designed to have the blocked windows and door, reopened. Therefore more natural light comes in and you can enjoy the view from the courtyard. The existing outer restroom is proposed as a depot.
First Option- The entrance is designed through the old door ( here much larger from 0.7m -> 0.9m). therefore the waiting hall is spatial and has comfort approach to the bathroom. The operative units are distributed to create two equal units in front of the road and one dominant operative unit closer to the stairs. There is proposed also a working lab ( or archive according to your demand) which is linked with the dominant operative unit. In this option every space is arranged to achieve the largest area possible and the three units has considerable fenestration (=natural light and ventilation).
Second Option- The only good thing about this option is that it offers three operative units together and remains separated to the entrance hall. Also there is a large counter alongside the units (optional to your necessities). The undesired part here is the opening of the entrance door which requires partial demolition.
Third Option- This option remains mostly in the existing design of the entrance from the glazed facade in front of the road. The three units are also distributed into two equal ones + one dominant.
In the dwg file attached below, you may find the demolition plan and the new proposed wall elements.
