Al fine di ottimizzare lo spazio e creare un ambiente al contempo funzionale e che soddisfi le vostre richieste, si è deciso di presentarvi tre opzioni.
Tutte le opzioni prevedono la creazione di un locale, adibito a ripostiglio, collocato nella zona con la minore altezza, così da poter sfruttare il più possibile tutto lo spazio disponibile. In questo modo inoltre, la stanza assume una forma rettangolare, più facilmente sfruttabile.
La differenza tra le varie opzioni riguarda essenzialmente la localizzazione e disposizione dell'arredo.

La prima opzione prevede la collocazione di due librerie, una a destra dell'ingresso e una lungo il muro opposto, perpendicolarmente a quest'ultima è stata poi posizionata la scrivania. Il divano è stato accostato al muro di confine con la sala in modo che, quando aperto, non impedisca il passaggio e non ostacoli l'utilizzo della stanza.
Questa soluzione è stata scelta perchè dà la possibilità di poter giovare maggiormente della luce naturale proveniente dalla porta finestra situata davanti alla nuova postazione di lavoro e anche perchè, in questo modo, l'ambiente può essere maggiormente sfruttato ottenendo più spazio per il posizionamento di librerie e scaffali.

La seconda opzione prevede anch'essa la collocazione di una libreria a destra dell'ingresso e la scrivania posta perpendicolarmente al muro opposto. Il divano è, anche in questo caso, accostato al muro di confine con la sala in modo che, quando aperto, non impedisca il passaggio e non ostacoli l'utilizzo della stanza.
Questa soluzione è stata scelta perchè, come la prima opzione, dà la possibilità di poter giovare al massimo della luce naturale proveniente dalla porta finestra situata davanti alla nuova postazione di lavoro. A differenza della prima opzione vi sono meno ripiani e spazio di archiviazione, ma l'ambiente risulta di conseguenza un po' più ampio.

La terza opzione prevede anch'essa la collocazione di una libreria posta a destra dell'ingresso. In questo caso però la scrivania è stata posizionata lungo il muro adiacente con un sistema di mensole al di sopra. Il divano è stato accostato al muro di confine con il ripostiglio in modo che, quando aperto, non ostacoli comunque il passaggio e all'utilizzo della stanza. In questo caso risulta possibile posizionare le due sedie esistenti, eventualmente da spostare altrove quando si voglia utilizzare il divano letto.
Questa soluzione è stata scelta perchè dà la possibilità di poter utilizzare l'arredo da voi richiesto e allo stesso tempo crea uno spazio accogliente, bensì forse, a differenza delle prime due opzioni, più simile ad un piccolo soggiorno piuttosto che ad uno studio.

In order to optimize the space and create a functional environment that meets your requirements, it was decided to present three options.
All options include the creation of a room, used as a storage room, located in the area with the lowest height, so as to exploit as much as possible all the available space. In this way, moreover, the room assumes a rectangular shape, more easily exploitable.
The difference between the various options regards essentially the location and the arrangement of the furniture.

In the first option two bookcases have been located in the room, one on the right of the entrance and one along the opposite wall, perpendicular to this one was then placed the desk. The sofa has been placed along the wall on the left of the entrance ensuring that, when opened, it would not impede the passage and would not limit the use of the room.
This solution was chosen because it gives the possibility to benefit more from the natural light coming from the French window located in front of the new workstation and also because, in this way, the environment can be more exploited by obtaining more storage space by positioning more bookcases and shelves.

Also in the second option a bookcase has been located on the right of the entrance and the desk also placed perpendicular to the opposite wall. The sofa as well, was kept along the wall on the left of the entrance ensuring that, when opened, it would not impede the passage and would not limit the use of the room.
This solution was chosen because, as the first option, it gives the possibility to make the most of the natural light coming from the French window in front of the new workstation and also because, unlike the first option, the room feels a bit bigger since there are fewer shelves and storage space.

Also in the third option a bookcase has been located on the right of the entrance. In this case, however, the desk has been placed along the adjacent wall with a shelf system above. The sofa has been placed along the closet's wall so that, when opened, it does not however hinder the passage and the use of the room. In this case it is possible to position the two existing chairs, to be although moved elsewhere when you want to use the sofa bed.
This solution was chosen because it gives the possibility to use the furniture you requested and at the same time creates a welcoming space, but perhaps, unlike the first two options, more like a small living room rather than a home office.
