ITA: Essendo un ambiente spesso utilizzato come ufficio, oltre che come camera per gli ospiti, volevo che l’attenzione si focalizzasse principalmente sulla scrivania, per cui ne ho scelta una che donasse un particolare carattere alla stanza e che attirasse lo sguardo per un valido motivo.
Dal momento che poi Giulianova è un posto di mare che ben conosco, mi sono orientata verso una scelta cromatica stile “marinaro”, con tonalità blu che ben si accordano al grigio del pavimento, al legno e al bianco degli altri mobili.
Ho fatto in modo che il bianco prevalesse sugli altri colori perché dà luce e valorizza gli altri materiali.
L’area è divisa in due zone: la principale che farà da ufficio e da camera per gli ospiti (grazie al divano-letto già presente) e la più piccola, nel punto in cui il soffitto comincia ad abbassarsi, adibita a ripostiglio.
Per dividere i due spazi volevo degli elementi trasferibili, in modo che, in base alle future esigenze del cliente, lo spazio potesse trasformarsi facilmente.
Per questo ci sono un armadio e un separé, che nascono alla vista il ripostiglio, ma non modificano in maniera definitiva lo spazio.
Per la zona ripostiglio ho proposto mobili diversi, ma che permettono un’organizzazione ottimale al mantenimento l’ordine.
Ho scelto mobili di casate differenti, ma che ben si accordano tra loro, creando un ambiente armonioso e rilassante, come giustamente penso che una casa in un posto di mare debba essere.
EN: That’s an environment often used as an office, as well as a guest room, so I wanted the attention to focus mainly on the desk, that’s why I chose one that would give a special character to the room and attract the eye for a valid reason.
Since Giulianova is a sea place that I well know , I focused on a "maritime" style color choice, with blue shades that match the gray of the floor, the wood and the white of the other furniture.
I made sure that white prevailed over other colors because it gives light and enhances other materials.
The area is divided in two: the main one that will serve as an office and a bedroom for guests (thanks to the sofa bed already present) and the smallest, where the ceiling begins to lower, used as a storage room.
To divide the two spaces, I wanted transferable elements, so that, according to the future needs of the client, the space could be transformed easily.
This is why there is a closet and a divider, which are born from the closet, but do not change the space in a definitive way.
For the storage area I have proposed different furniture, but that allow an optimal organization to maintain the order.
I have chosen pieces of furniture from different houses, but they fit in well with each other, creating a harmonious and relaxing environment, just as I think a house in a seaside place should be.
