Following limits and guidelines imposed, I have created a different space from the current state.
I have followed the line indicated by the customer to create a welcoming space in a modern style, ideal for the two required solutions, studio / office area or temporary guest room.
In the lower area (1.45 m) I placed a chest of drawers and an open wardrobe to create a small walk-in closet. I furnished the office space with furniture and gadgets in a modern style, easily available in the stores. I kept the sofa bed and the two armchairs Le Corbusier, with the addition of a bookcase and a TV cabinet I created a small living room in the highest area (3.00 m). For artificial lighting I chose 4 floor lamps, for the darkening I opted for a classic solution, 2 blue curtains that reflect the mood of the sofa.
The total budget for the proposed intervention is 1000 euro, 1/3 compared to that allocated by the client (3000 euro).

Seguendo limiti e linee guida imposte, ho creato uno spazio diverso dallo stato attuale.
Ho seguito la linea indicata dal cliente per creare uno spazio accogliente in stile moderno, ideale per le due soluzioni richieste, zona studio / ufficio o camera temporanea per gli ospiti.
Nella zona più bassa (1.45 m) ho collocato una cassettiera ed un guardaroba a vista per creare una piccola cabina armadio. Ho arredato lo spazio office con arredi e gadget in stile moderno, facilmente reperibili negli store. Ho mantenuto il divano-letto e le due poltrone Le Corbusier, con l’aggiunta di una libreria ed un mobile per tv ho creato un piccolo living room nella zona più alta (3.00 m). Per l’illuminazione artificiale ho scelto 4 lampade da terra, per l’oscuramento ho optato per una soluzione classica, 2 tende di colore blu che riprendono il mood del divano.
Il budget totale per l’intervento proposto è di 1000 euro, 1/3 rispetto a quello stanziato dal cliente (3000 euro).
