Il progetto prevede la rimodulazione funzionale degli ambienti, in merito alle richieste del committente.
Nello specifico il tramezzo che divide il soggiorno dalla cucina è stato trasformato in una cabina - dispensa a servizio di entrambi gli ambienti, in questo modo la cucina è dotata di una capiente area di appoggio.
Seguendo lo stesso criterio la parete lunga del salotto viene attrezzata con dei mobili in legno su misura a tutt’altezza che permettono di sfruttare completamente tutti gli spazi.
L’ingresso viene filtrato mediante uno scaffale a giorno che divide i due ambienti visivamente ma continua a garantire la giusta illuminazione alla zona di ingresso.
La scala di collegamento al piano superiore viene ridisegnata in acciaio smaltato bianco e legno mantenendo il concept iniziale che prevede una chiusura della parte sottostante attrezzata a mobile dispensa.
Il bagno viene ridotto ai soli complementi sanitari eliminando la doccia e posizionando il lavabo all’ingresso e un mobile attrezzato in legno a tutt’altezza.
Infine viene rivisto il layout dei punti luce, alternando lampade a soffitto e a parete garantendo una migliore illuminazione diurna e notturna.

The project involves the functional reorganization of environments, regarding the demands of the customer.
Specifically, the partition that divides the living room from the kitchen has been turned into a cabin - a service pantry of both environments, so the kitchen is equipped with a large support area.
Following the same criterion the long wall of the living room is equipped with wooden furniture tailor-height that allow you to fully exploit all the spaces.
The input is filtered by means of a shelf that divides the two rooms visually but continues to provide the right lighting in the entrance area.
The staircase leading to the upper floor is repainted in white enamelled steel and wood, to the initial concept which provides a closure of the underside equipped with larder.
The bathroom is reduced to only toilet eliminating the shower, and positioning the washbasin at the entrance and a equipped cabinet.
Finally it is revised the layout of the light fixtures, alternating ceiling lamps and wall which guarantee better daylight and night.
