Hello, my name is James... Ok, so i splited the apartment into two separate houses, like You said. Placed open space kitchen and wide foldable doors in apartment A for better and bigger space solution...also it connects hose and terrace...making it one big space when needed. I've used white and grey colors mainly... and i know that You wanted parquette floor...but in my opinion stone tiles looked more beautiful for the open space kitchen that goes into terrace...that is only my designer's opinion...and in tyhe kitchen i used mainly white colors...but uploaded two variants of the kitchen, i think first{white} one is better for me...also placement of furniture is only my solution...so you can replace it...idk...I measured the splitted apartments and its square meters are identical of what You're asked for...and i think that the way i organized the splitted space is one of the best possible solutions out there.
In the Apartment B i gave living room and kitchen(kitchenette) One big open space for better space maintaining. Also that yellow color tint of the B aparment is only my designing choice...so You can think another way. in Apartment A in master bedroom i splitted that area for walkin closet and toilet only for a men like You wanted. and dedicated computer desk is in the living room...but that is too only my opinion...so this is it...thank You...
