BOTH APARTMENTS

Taking into consideration the position of the carrier elements of the building, the places that do not need natural lighting much, placed in the middle axis of the flat. And the other areas that needed more natural lighting were designed on the space facing the fronts of the building and natural light was utilized at the higher level. It is aimed to take in more natural light with the use of doors opening to the terrace and deeper windows while maintaining the window positions. These creates more spacious and open spaces connected with the terrace.

APARTMENT A

The living area, kitchen, entrance and dining area are considered as a whole and can be partitioned with glass sliding doors according to the demand of the user and the need for air conditioning. There is the toilet between the living room and the bedroom designed in addition for guests and living room. French doors, which are kept closed in baby rooms, can be opened unto the terrace in case the user needs change. The balcony to the left of the entrance can be covered with glass and evaluated as a winter garden. The bathroom connected to the master bedroom has enough space to add a bathtub afterwards.

APARTMENT B

The positioning of the units is related to the building entrance axis. Part of the terrace in the east is divided by walls and serves the room in the apartment. The kitchen and the living area provided with sufficient light achieve by the main design decisions.
