The best solution for splitting this big apartment in two smaller ones is to demolish most of the walls, keeping the one in the middle, next to the structure pillars and others that were close to the kitchen and bathrooms.
In apartment A, the entrance is closed related to the kitchen, dining and living area, and then follows the dormitory area, where the parents have a big room with closet, bathroom and access to terrace. The children bedrooms are big and both can access the terrace.
In apartment B, the best move was to keep the bathroom and the kitchen where they were and to make another bathroom, without window, that you can acces from the bedroom. The two bedroom had to have windows, so the living is the one with less sun light. The mother bedroom can access the terrace.
