With the following project it is suggested to divide the area of the apartment in to apartments A and B. Apartment A is 165m and apartment B is 70.

Apartament A

In apartment A all the requirements have been done. Living room and kitchen have been devide with slide doors, which means the doors can be opened if needed and there will be open planning. There is a closet in the master bedroom room where a working desk can be place as well. Next to the girls’ bedroom there is a toilet. Master bedroom has also its terrace. There is a terrace from the living room as well.

Apartment B

In apartment B all the requirements have been done as well. The washing machine and drier were placed in the lodge. If needed, there can be a toilet as well. Master bedroom has been given to the mother, and the other one – to the son. There are toilets in both bedrooms. The mother and the son have separate terraces.



In both apartments all the toilets were placed on one line to avoid additional costs.
