I have designed two different layouts for you. In both, your requirements are taken into account, and in both designs, the sleeping area is separated from the living room by two stairs and a wooden partition.
In the first design, the kitchen and dining area are on the left side of the entrance. Opposite it is a large closet. Then we enter the living room, which is separated from the sleeping area by stairs and a partition. In this design, both the living room and the sleeping area have windows.
In the second design, the bedroom is located on the left side of the entrance instead of the kitchen, which is separated from the living room by stairs and a partition. The kitchen faces the living room, creating an open and airy space.
