I thought of creating two apartments that have the style of a loft: small but very welcoming.
each of the two apartments has: a complete bathroom;
children's bedroom with bed, wardrobe and study area;
king size double bedroom with integrated walk-in closet;
The living area of ​​both apartments is an open space with living room, dining room and kitchen, but at the same time the kitchen can be closed to avoid food odors.
The distribution has been designed in such a way as to respect the existing openings so that every room in the house has openings to the outside except the bathroom which will have forced ventilation.
