Description

Dear client,

The main idea for this project was to create a light and open atmosphere and make both apartments comfortable and welcoming as much as possible. They are divided into two almost equal units, with all necessary spaces for future users.

In the first apartment, we created an entering zone that leads to the living area and kitchen with dining area. That way we wanted to bring natural light into all parts of the living area, brighten the living room by using the entire height of the room, which ends with a small terrace. The kitchen is in a "glass box", to allow light to go through the area.
Night areas are located in the rest of the apartment and it is divided into one master bedroom and kids room that can support bunk beds if necessary. At the end of a gallery, hallway is the bathroom.

The second apartment has similar logic in dividing space, but the living area is located at the end of a gallery hallway, which has hidden appliances, such as storage and laundry block. Both bedrooms are as required in the area, they are bright and cozy. The kid's room has a double-high bed and a working desk below to save as much as possible of space.

Kindest regards!
