I'm pleased to have had the opportunity to work on this project.
In this section, I will present an explanation of the main factors that influenced the final organization:

* Optimal Natural Light: Each room in every apartment enjoys abundant natural light, enhancing the overall ambiance and making the spaces feel welcoming and inviting.

* Efficient Spatial Flow: The layout promotes a seamless flow between rooms, with open-concept living areas and minimal hallways, creating a modern and spacious feel.

* Space Utilization: Careful planning allowed each apartment to meet the minimum floor area requirement while still maximizing usable square footage. Smart storage solutions and multifunctional furniture have been employed for efficient space usage.

* Dividing Walls: Plasterboard walls with varying thicknesses (22cm for exterior walls and 10cm for internal walls) have been used effectively to create soundproof divisions between units, ensuring privacy.

* Ceiling Height: The generous ceiling height of 290 cm contributes to an open and airy atmosphere, with the incorporation of high ceilings and loft spaces to make the most of this feature.

* Kitchen and Bathrooms: Modern and efficient kitchens and bathrooms have been designed with an emphasis on quality, space-saving fixtures, and elegant materials, all contributing to a sleek and functional design.

* Zoning and Privacy: The layouts have been thoughtfully designed to offer a balance between open and private spaces. In the case of one-bedroom apartments, each unit provides distinct living, kitchen, and bedroom areas, while for three-bedroom apartments, bedrooms are comfortably spaced and connected to common areas.
