Main intention was to maintain all the openings facing the Chaia square in the main apartment (living room, dining room and gallery, and master bedroom).

There is enough space to divide kids block from the common areas, as well as place master bedroom in a way that gives it much needed privacy, with master bathroom and a walk-in closet within the area.

Kitchen and living room share the same space, facing the square, and are not necessarily divided with walls, because the stairs for the gallery studio make that division, and, also, all the space under the stairs can be used for plants and some sort of inner garden, which would make much pleasant division than the wall.
Gallery is big enough to contain a library, a study area, and a sitting sofa and chair.

On the right side there is a logical solution for a one bedroom apartment, and the left side is also used for a studio apartment, both equipped with a small kitchen and dining area, living area, bedroom and bathroom.
