Description

Dear Client,
The split of apartment designed in consonance with maximum usage of space and functions, and all the requirements listed by you have been fully addressed.
In consideration of the limitations laid out by you, the following have been ensured.
1) The walls are loadbearing and you can't remove them.
2) You needed 3 spaces, in such a way that they work independently of each other at the same time, but are connected to each other.

The requests made by you have been addressed as follows.
1) Contemporary neoclassical.
2) Mediterranean colors(such as stifky blue by Farrow & Ball, white, or F&B satin slipper).
3) Wall frames such as boiserie.
4) Marmi Salvatori, antique mirrors, mixed with minimal Scandinavian design objects.
5) A separate house for my mother-in-law, with kitchen and bathroom.
6) A bedroom and a bathroom for a service person(which is help both apartment).
7) Small studio.
8) Kitchen separated from the living room.
9) One of the bathrooms with bathtub
10) Best view for main living room.
11) A master bed room.
12) two rooms for children's.
13) Place a bioethanol fireplace.

Considering the above and the optimal use of all room space, this project led to the following results:
1) Right after the main stairs, we have placed kind of entry that leads to the maid and mother-in-law's house and the main house.
2) The maid's room is located in the dead space between the load-bearing walls, so that anyone who enters the house passes through her door's and it is close to the kitchen, too. For it's lighting, windows are placed between the load-bearing walls and the top of the wall to be built, to use indirect light from living room and dining room.
3) The mother-in-law's house is located in the part that does not have the main view, and includes a small kitchen and living room, a bathroom and a bedroom.
4) Right after the main entrance, we placed a small lobby that includes a space for changing clothes and a bathroom.
5) After the lobby, there is a kitchen and also a sofa for small rest.
6) The kitchen is located in a place that is connected to both the more private space and the more public space of the house. Private spaces have been tried to have access to this part, but one of the bedrooms has access to dining room due to existing restrictions.
7) In the private part, there is a master bedroom, a child's bedroom, and the main bathroom, as well as the studio, which is located above the master bathroom and the main bathroom.
8) The dining room is located next to the window that overlooks the funicular square so you can enjoy the view while eating with others, And it is close to the kitchen so that you don't have to pass a long way to serve the food.
9) The living room leads from the dining room and it is a space with a view to the funicular square and with light suitable for spending the day with family and friends.

Thank you for your time.
