According to your request, we proposed two designs (option A and B)
Due to the high cost and the difficulty of moving or building new staircases in older homes, we used existing staircases in both of our proposed designs.
To reduce costs, we tried to place the proposed bathrooms and kitchens near the existing bathrooms and kitchens, and also used part of the existing walls for new partitions.
Due to the darkness of the second floor, we placed the dining room and living room in the southern part of the house to get more light. We also opened some new windows to the balconies.
we tried to create privacy for the bedroom and bathroom in all the designs.

In option A : we created an external staircase to the first floor and at the beginning of the entrance staircase to the second floor. We used the current staircase to access the second floor.
We assumed the apartment on the left with two bedrooms.

In option B : we used the current staircase from the ground floor to the first. Due to the large size of the sub 8th on the first floor (apartment on the left on the first floor), we placed part of it as a walkway to access the current staircase to the second floor.
In the new staircase, we provided a large closet for storing cleaning supplies,personal storage, and so on.

Due to the fact that the balcony was on the second floor and as a result their infrastructure was smaller than the first floor, we did not put a staircase in them so that they would not be smaller.
In the living room we put a fireplace next to the TV table which depending on the situation can be both woody and bio
We provided some renderings to better display the proposals.
