Dear Client, Thank you for this opportunity. As required in the briefing, we divided the house into 3 apartment units with separate entrance for each units. Near the entrance we design a foyer and common area for the guest. The owner's unit is located in the ground(basement) and semi terrace. The owner unit have 2 double bedroom, a kitchen, living room, a bathroom and fitness area.
A punching bag and a wall bag will be installed in my fitness area.

The guest unit 1 is located at the mezzanine floor. The guest unit 1 have a double bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom. The guest unit 2 is located in the mezzanine and 2nd floor. The guest unit 1 have a double bedroom, a kitchen, living room, and a bathroom

For the color scheme and concept, we choose neutral color such as white, white marble and natural oak. For the design we choose minimalistic style.
