Il progetto tiene conto delle esigenze della committenza non tralasciando la natura dell'appartamento.
Sono stati creati i due ingressi, ed ogni appartamento ha identici spazi comuni e di servizio, l'unica differenza è che l'appartamento 1 ha solo 1 camera da letto, ma ha un living un pò più ampio per ospitare un comodo divano letto matrimoniale, quindi comunque ideale per ospitare una famiglia di 4 persone.
I bagni sono stati mantenuti nelle posizioni esistenti in modo da limitare le spese di ristrutturazione, e la creazione di nuovi scarichi.
Entrambi gli appartamenti hanno a disposizione un attrezzato angolo cottura ed entrambi un piccolo locale che può essere adibito a lavanderia, cappotteria o semplice ripostiglio. Questi ultimi, in base alle esigenze (come specificato in pianta) posso essere unificati e restare a servizio della proprietà con accesso indipendente, dove posso essere riposte attrezzature di servizio agli appartamenti, o diventare un'unica lavanderia a servizio di entrambi.

The project takes into account the needs of the client without neglecting the nature of the apartment.
The two entrances have been created, and each apartment has identical common and service areas, the only difference is that apartment 1 has only 1 bedroom, but has a slightly larger living room to accommodate a comfortable double sofa bed , therefore still ideal for hosting a family of 4.
The toilets were kept in their existing locations in order to limit renovation costs, and the creation of new drains.
Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette and both have a small room that can be used as a laundry, cloakroom or simple closet. The latter, according to needs (as specified in the plan) can be unified and remain at the service of the property with independent access, where service equipment can be stored for the apartments, or become a single laundry room serving both.
