For this project I worked on two different approaches for “House A” (Existing building):
Solution A: Making the most of existing elements with a more subtle and less invasive intervention helps reduce construction costs. I propose a new distribution of internal spaces, keeping most of the windows, external and internal walls.
Solution B: Reorganizing the entrances of the apartments towards the internal side of the plot, and creating a new system of wider and more illuminated stairs. Leaving only the access of the offices to the sidewalk

In both options, I explored different apartment configurations that in some cases could be combined both.
