It was a pleasure to work on your project. I have chosen the most practical and economical solution for you, so that the construction work is minimal. As you wish, there are two offices and one apartment on the ground floor, and three more apartments on the first floor.
Two mini-houses are made identically with living area on the ground floor and sleeping area on the first floor. (all within the allowed building area) Both buildings are designed to form one unique unit.
