I enjoyed working on this project very much. I hope the solutions I propose can bring bright ideas to you.
The main concept for my proposal was to demolish as little walls as possible in the existing building. On the ground floor you will find 2 office spaces and a small apartment that overlooks the gardens. The office area is separated from the residential area, you will find a small outdoor space that the people from the offices can use to have their lunch or an informal meeting.
On the ground floor you will also find the access to the penthouse apartments, which have private gardens and amazing rooftops where they will be able to have barbecue gatherings.
On the second floor of the existing building, you will find 3 modest apartments that have all the necessary spaces to live comfortably for up to 2 people.
In my proposal all residential tenants will have access to the beautiful garden, this place can be used to relax, to plant organic products or to exercise.
I loved your beautiful town; I am sure many people will enjoy these small apartments and offices for short term vacations or to work temporarily in your town or even to live there permanently.
