We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We did our design by demolishing and modifying the non-structural walls of the current building. For better access from the parking lot to the inside of the building, we moved the location of the entrance door and the staircase.
In the ground floor apartment, we planned a study room with a single bed, and on the first floor, due to the size limitation, especially the minimum size required for a double bedroom, we used a study table in the bedroom instead of a study room. And we put a sofa bed in the living room.
We designed the new building in a place that has a private parking lot and each unit has a private courtyard with access from the bedroom.
