Project description

Dear Client, I hope all is well. Please find my schematic design presentation for the coworking solution attached.

The main design intent for the space planning was to provide different services, and therefore, carefully allocate spaces for these services in terms of clear disposition within the floorplan, to not affect and disturb each other once running daily, considering acoustic values, cost effectiveness and light ambient.
The space was grateful to divide it into two separate zones, left, the workspace one, and right the event and informal working and meeting one, which will both contribute to successful revenues schemes, as well as they will support each of the zones with a customer service experience of having all in one business day operations, from quiet to specially designed work, meet, educate offices, to eat, drink, relax and collaborate areas.
As you can see, the staircase is the starting point and a clear zoning divider. It is a logical point of egress, allowing circular pathway through the building, which is quite important for the occupancy and safety regulations, especially fire ones.
In terms of the physical space, as commented earlier with you, I have decided to go for Interface modular tiling, specifically as it is designed to have floor outlets, which when combined with the system described, could easily and daily be modified to accompany your renter’s needs. I worked on large scale coworking spaces in the US and in Germany, which assures me to offer you this solution as a smart and versatile one. This raided flooring will also allow for an easier heater system, as well as ventilation, which might be needed considering that the office will be in LG.
In terms of the lighting, I have suggested an easy to install and adopt ELLO Wever and Ducre pendant system, which has continual attribute, and can be extended, reduced in their units again as per your needs, with extremely affordable pricing, which then allows you to boost the light quality as it is needed in LG.
The interior of the offices and meeting spaces should mainly be bright in finishes of architecture fixtures, using eggshell white to be dominant, to absorb and transcend the light received.
The theme for the flooring is Urban forest, which I believe can be a great CI storyline for the entire office, for which I have selected the tones and finishes presented.
The model, plans, diagrams are in full 3D and have been drafted in pCon planner for office design, which is free to download and use. Please use this program to avoid model conversion glitches.
Thank you so much for the contest opportunity. Hopefully I was able to help visualize the capacity of this space from my direct experience in planning these in the last few years. Please do not hesitate to contact me for further clarification or help.
Looking forward to the results.
Have a great selection process!

Best regards,
Nino
