Please find the layout plan. You can find three main area: kitchen + dining area, central hub area, and the grand living area.
With this layout, multiple people can do each of their own activities without disturbing / distracting the others. There is also a small study / work room near the dining area.
The central hub serves as connector between entrance hall, living room, bedroom areas, as well as the balcony. This area is perfect for conversation area or hanging out with guests. Therefore I inserted a home bar as the main point where occupant can hangout here or serve some drink and chilling out on the balcony.
