Casa per vacanze al mare. La sua destinazione specifica influenza il modo di abitarla che è diverso dal modo in cui si abita la casa in cui si vive durante il resto dell’anno. Le abitudini e gli usi si adeguano al periodo vacanziero e le “regole” quotidiane diventano meno rigide. Il progetto si adegua ed interpreta questi presupposti.
La zona notte con le due camere, tenuta verso nord sfruttando gli affacci laterali ad est e a ovest, è dimensionata al minimo necessario. Ciò permette di avere la zona giorno che si sviluppa sul tutto il fronte che si affaccia sul terrazzo a sud e sul mare. La cucina e il soggiorno, grazie alle due ampie aperture creano con il terrazzo un unico ambiente interno-esterno. In questo modo le varie funzioni che caratterizzano normalmente questi ambienti si completano e si fondono dilatando la superficie dell’appartamento e la sua capacità di utilizzo. La cucina, da un lato si affaccia sulla parte del terrazzo dedicata al pranzo all’aperto che a sua volta si completa con un piano di lavoro con lavello-lavatoio e barbeque, dall’altro si apre sul soggiorno con il banco colazione e pranzi veloci ed informali; il soggiorno estende la sua superficie verso la parte del terrazzo dedicata al relax.
L’appartamento è completato da due bagni di cui uno ad uso esclusivo della camera padronale. L’altra camera può essere attrezzata con due letti singoli o con una struttura con letti a castello. In vacanza però è anche vero che qualche ospite possa venire a stare qualche giorno e quindi ci potrà essere un letto singolo e due a castello e il divano del soggiorno ha lo spazio per essere aperto e diventare un ulteriore letto.


Seaside holiday home. Its specific destination influences the way you live in it which is different from the way you live in the house where you live during the rest of the year. Habits and customs adapt to the holiday period and the daily "rules" become less rigid. The project adapts and interprets these assumptions. The sleeping area with the two bedrooms, kept to the north using the lateral views to the east and west, is sized to the minimum necessary. This allows you to have the living area that develops on the whole front that overlooks the south terrace and the sea. The kitchen and the living room, thanks to the two large openings, create a single internal-external environment with the terrace. In this way, the various functions that normally characterize these environments complement and merge by dilating the surface of the apartment and its ability to use. The kitchen, on one side overlooks the part of the terrace dedicated to outdoor dining which in turn is completed with a worktop with sink and barbeque, on the other it opens onto the living room with the breakfast counter and quick and informal lunches; the living room extends its surface towards the part of the terrace dedicated to relaxation. The apartment is completed by two bathrooms, one of which is for the exclusive use of the master bedroom. The other bedroom can be equipped with two single beds or with a structure with bunk beds. On holiday, however, it is also true that some guests may come to stay a few days and therefore there may be a single bed and two in a bunk beds and the living room sofa has the space to be opened and become an additional bed.
