La ristrutturazione dell'appartamento prevede una nuova distribuzione degli spazi. L'ingresso è stato sfruttato per ricavare una cucina accogliente e per collocare un piccolo tavolo circolare. Proseguendo attraverso il corridoio si arriva al soggiorno, il quale è stato collocato a sud per avere più luce durante la giornata. Sono state inserite due camere da letto molto spaziose e un secondo bagno più lavanderia con accesso dal corridoio. In corrispondenza delle due aperture che danno sul terrazzo è stato ideato uno spazio che può avere più funzioni: sono state infatti pensate una camera singola per gli ospiti e una sala relax/lettura/sala studio adiacenti. Queste due stanze hanno l'ingresso indipendente e possono essere usate come due stanze separate lasciando le due porte scorrevoli che le separano chiuse. Queste porte scorrevole se tenuta però permettono di usufruire dei due spazi nello stesso momento e di trasformare lo spazio in un secondo piccolo soggiorno. Lo stile industriale moderno è stato scelto sulla base dei riferimenti che erano stati consegnati.
