L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo del 1920 a Milano.
Nello stato attuale viene utilizzato come ufficio e data l’età dell’edificio
è possibile fare una ristrutturazione completa sia dei muri che degli impianti.
La progettazione della casa è iniziata con la demolizione di tutte le pareti non portanti
in modo tale da avere uno spazio completamente vuoto.
L’abitazione è stata suddivisa in; zona ingresso, con mobile attrezzato e bagno per gli ospiti e zona giorno che è un open space nel quale si dislocano la sala, la zona pranzo e la cucina.
Nel salotto sono stati inseriti una tv a parete, una libreria in nicchia e un grande divano.
Il tavolo da pranzo è stato collocato vicino alla cucina, semi professionale con piani di lavoro in acciaio inox.
Per quanto riguarda la zona notte l’area è stata organizzata in tre spazi; le due camere, matrimoniale, singola e il bagno padronale.
Le camere hanno grandi armadi a muro e nella singola, o camera degli ospiti, è stata creata un’area studio/lavoro.
In fine il bagno ha un’ampia doccia e un lavabo in corian con due rubinetti.


The apartment is located in a 1920’s building in Milan.
In the present state it is used as an office and given the age of the building
you can do a complete renovation of both walls of the plants.
The house has been divided into; entrance area, equipped with furniture and bathroom for guests and living area is an open space in which is displace the living, the dining area and kitchen.
In the living room is placed a tv on the wall, a library and a large sofa.
The dining table was placed near the kitchen, semi professional with worktops in stainless steel.
As for the sleeping area the area has been organized into three spaces; the two rooms, double, single and master bathroom.
The rooms have large fitted wardrobes and single, or guest bedroom, it is created an work/study area.
Finally the bathroom has a large shower and a washbasin in Corian with two taps.
