Il mio progetta valorizza alcune interessanti caratteristiche di questo bell'appartamento cittadino, tenendo conto naturalmente delle esigenze del cliente:
- il lato nord, più vicino all'ingresso e da cui si accede al terrazzo, è destinato alla zona giorno. Questa è composta da un luminoso ed accogliente open space che ospita l'ingresso, la cucina-pranzo e il soggiorno;
- la cucina, stanza più importante per uno chef, ha un ruolo centrale: è spaziosa, funzionale e ben connessa con le altre zone della casa;
- la zona notte, a sud, è comprensiva di due camere da letto matrimoniali illuminate dalle ampie finestre e dotate di cabina armadio e da due comodi bagni;
- come richiesto è presente anche una piccola spare room per gli ospiti (con bagno indipendente), che può essere destinata anche a studio;
- l'ingresso, il ripostiglio centrale ed il corridoio costituiscono infine quegli spazi "tecnici" e pratici necessari a rendere la casa veramente funzionale.
I materiali ed le tonalità sono stati scelti in modo da creare un ambiente leggero e arioso, ma con un tocco di vivacità.

My designs valorize some interesting features of this beautiful citizen apartment, taking care of the client's needs:
- The north side, nearest the entrance and which gives access to the terrace, is the living area. This consists of a bright and welcoming open space composed by the entrance, the kitchen-dining room and the living room;
- The kitchen, the most important room for a chef, has a central role, is spacious, functional and well connected with other parts of the house;
- The sleeping area, in the south, comprises two big bedrooms illuminated by large windows and equipped with walk-in closet, and two comfortable bathrooms;
- As required there is also a small spare room for guests (with private bathroom), which can also be used as office;
- The entrance, the storage closet and the hall are finally those "technical" and practical spaces that make the home really functional.
The materials and the shades are chosen to create a light and airy feel, but with a touch of liveliness.
