The 3 main items considered in the design of this plan are:

1. Maintaining load-bearing walls, without changing them.

2. Minimal waste of space in the entrance corridor

3. Minimum length of plumbing (by keeping the kitchen and bathroom in their current location, plus placing wet spaces as close together as possible)
