Description

Dear Client,

Thank you for the opportunity to work on your project, I enjoyed it a lot  and I hope I've managed to meet your needs and expectations.
In my posters you'll find a floorplan, together with some explanations of the creative process and some technical drawings and solutions.
I would like to highlight that the main idea was to take maximum advantage of the geometry of the apartment and the natural light it receives from the openings and to prioritize positioning the living rooms towards the view. While that was the main idea I also didn't dismiss the technical aspect of the future renovation. The final solution I offer in my opinion is not difficult to build.
The details for the creative process of getting to the final solution are explained in the posters, but here I would like to mention the main priorities I have for each of the rooms.

Living room
* it get the most natural light and the best views
* it gives the feeling of a bigger room then the rest
Kitchen and Dining area
* its an open plan so its part of the living room
* it has natural lighting
* the kitchen its linear, simple and practical and it offers a lot of storage
Bedroom
* it has natural lighting
* enough area for a queen size bed and for it to be approached from three sides
* a long wardrobe or a walking closet (during planning the decision between those two was made according to the geometry of the apartment and what seemed more logical and practical)
Bathroom
* a very minimal place but it has all the elements that were listed : toilet, bidet , sink and a shower
* one of the bathrooms could indirectly receive natural light by placing a window with tinted glass in the shower
Laundry
* its placed in a separate room
* to make the most of that tiny place the entrance is through a hinged door that opens outwards, so all of the place inside could be occupied by appliances or storage.
Hallway
* is a connected with every other room in the apartment
* it has place for a small storage unit

I hope I've managed to explain everything needed for you to understand the project. If you decide to go in this direction with your renovation and have questions don't hesitate to send them my way.

Kind regards
