Dear customer,
in the following proposal I sought to meet the requirements requested by you, using the maximum possible efficiency in construction and remodeling works. The original load-bearing walls were preserved in the design. In this way, I created a new layouts to both apartments using the existing openings, avoiding constructive complications that may appear.

We reach the apartments through a newly created corridor, which also does not take up much space at the expense of housing. In both apartments, we enter directly into the living area, which contains a wardrobe, dining table, couch with TV and a kitchenette (linear and 3m long). In the separate bathroom there is a sink, toilet, bidet and shower according to the assignment. Both bedrooms have enough space for a double bed and walk-in closed. The washing machine is stored in a cabinet assembly in a separate walk-in closet in each apartment. It would also be possible to place a dryer here.

The drainage of furnishings and sanitary ware is solved into the pipe in the original bathroom and is shown on plumbing scheme attached.
