Thís is my proposal for the APARTMENT DIVISION, apartment A and B with area is 38.8sqm and 45.8sqm.
1. Small shared entrance before entering each apartment.
2. Each apartment has all requirement areas:
- Foyer with shoe cabinet.
-Living room, dining area with 4 seats table, 3.5m long kitchen.
-bedroom (one apartment has separated walk in closet). All bedrooms have windows.
-Washing and drying machines in separated cabinet.
-bathroom with 4 pieces layout (basin, toilet, bidet and shower)
3. All bearing walls were kept as current status for easy to reconstruct.
4. All bathrooms, kitchens are kept closed to the Shaft (drain column) for easy to install new plumbing.
I have proposed 2 options, just small change in the living room and kitchen area of apartment B, which I feel option 2 is a bit better to original option (please note that in both options, bathrooms and kitchens are kept closed to drain column).
