The project seeks to meet the needs expressed by the customer trying to keep costs within budget.
The project forms part as a restructuring of the existing building is from the point of view of plant distribution that includes an extension made of wooden panels bearing Xlam.
In the old part of the building they are housed two bathrooms, two bedrooms and kitchen while the expansion was fully allocated to the living area.
Some existing walls were left intact for structural reasons, also have changed the openings to the outside in order to guarantee the reports aeroilluminanti suitable for various functions.
In particular, the first window, starting from the west side has been replaced with a door as was expanded window of the single room, all reusing the existing fixtures.
the choice not to implement an open-plan to the kitchen area and living is derived for structural reasons, in fact, the near total of the west wall (the one adjacent to enlargement) would lead to the creation of a new frame steel or reinforced concrete of fairly high cost for the budget available, so I chose the solution with two smaller openings, but that overall,
however, create a feeling of "opening" between the kitchen and living area.
As regards the aspect of a plant, not arriving the gas has opted for a wood burning stove heater for the heating system and a water heater slim for sanitary water as a solar-thermal would not be amortized seen the occasional use dwelling.
In the bathroom toilet it was carved a niche with door where hide the water heater.
The entire project is completed by the construction of a pergola 3,60x4,90 m coverage closable package to take advantage of a greater depth of 2.5 m in accordance with the municipal regulations.

Il progetto cerca di rispondere alle esigenze espresse dal cliente cercando di mantenere i costi nel budget.
L'intervento si inquadra come una ristrutturazione del fabbricato esistente sia da un punto di vista impiantistico che distributivo comprensiva di un ampliamento realizzato in pannelli portanti in legno Xlam.
Nel vecchio corpo di fabbrica si sono ricavati due bagni, due camere e la cucina mentre l'ampliamento è stato interamente destinato a zona living.
Alcuni muri esistenti sono stati lasciati inalterati per motivi strutturali, inoltre sono state modificate le aperture sull'esterno al fine di garantire i rapporti aeroilluminanti idonei per le varie funzioni.
In particolare la prima finestra partendo dal lato ovest è stata sostituita con una porta mentre è stata ampliata la finestra della camera singola, il tutto riutilizzando gli infissi esistenti.
La scelta di non realizzare un'open-space per la zona cucina e living è derivata da motivi strutturali, infatti l'abbattimento quasi totale del muro ovest (quello adiacente all'ampliamento) comperterebbe la realizzazione di un telaio sostitutivo in acciaio o cemento armato di costo abbastanza elevato per il budget a disposizione, quindi ho scelto la soluzione con due aperture più piccole, ma che nel complesso creano comunque una sensazione di "apertura" tra cucina e zona living.
Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto impiantistico, non arrivandovi il gas si è optato per una termostufa a legna per l'impianto di riscaldamento ed uno scaldabagno slim per l'acqua sanitaria in quanto un impianto solare-termico non sarebbe ammortizzato visto l'utilizzo saltuario dell'abitazione.
Nel bagno bagno di servizio è stata ricavata una nicchia con sportello ove nascondere lo scaldabagno.
Tutto l'intervento è completato dalla realizzazione di una pergola 3,60x4,90 m con copertura richiudibile a pacchetto in modo da sfruttare una profondità maggiore di 2,5m in accordo con i regolamenti comunali.
