Hello Everybody,
our purpose is to make this small apartment nice and functional in order to rent it to a single or to a young couple.
We’d like to renovate it (including floor,windows,doors and wall tiles) but any substantial interior changes would be taken into account if really functionals.
Niches, wardrobes and bookcase would be apreciated.
We can’t move toilet’s drain (near the window). Maybe it is possible to move (a little!) the drain kitchen’s or the washing machine’s drain.
In the bathroom I prefer a shower (like now) end If is it possible I like that the people who going to bathroom don’t have to pass into the bedroom.
A double bed in the main room is requested, other solutions could be considered for additional beds.
Would be nice to find some place to put a small desk and a bookcase to be used like a studio. I’d like to have a Kitchen Island.
I like Ikea forniture for the kitchen and for the wardrobe in order to semplify any eventual substitution due to usage.
We don’t set a budget because having to rent at a low price will be appreciated the best value for money.
We like Modern and Minimal Chic style. We appreciate suggestions as to choose the colors and arrangement of the light fixtures.
