The interior of this apartment was designed in contemporary style as required, with modern and minimalistic features, and the furnitures were chosen from medium-low priced furniture stores. The project has been developed with the intent of creating 4 variants by developing 2 plan solutions. The first uses the actual plan of the apartment and improves the exploitation of the given space by demolishing some walls, enlarging the bathroom, creating a small space for the laundry which divides the sleeping area from the living area. Instead the second solution gives to the apartment another exploitation by mirroring the bedroom and the living area in order to create a hallway equiped with more storage space (a large closet).
In both the proposed solutions, I have taken into account that the first part of the bathroom wall shouldn’t be demolished.
