Il progetto prevede una ristrutturazione dell'immobile al fine di creare degli spazi più fruibile per una giovane coppia o per un single. L'anima della casa si concentra nella creazione di un living, con una modesta ma molto utile zona cottura, circoscritta da una piccola pensile utile per un pranzo veloce o una colazione. Abbiamo poi un tavolo allungabile, la zona soggiorno con un mobile/libreria che all’ occorrenza grazie alla ribalta si può trasformare in una comoda scrivania senza ingombrare il soggiorno che comunque è di dimensioni ridotte. E’ stato poi ridimensionata e rivista la zona notte. Dalla zona giorno infatti, tramite un disimpegno si accede al bagno e alla camera. Nel disimpegno è stata mantenuta una “zona lavanderia” con la lavatrice che potrà poi essere alloggiata, se se ne senta la necessità, in un armadio in modo tale da “essere nascosta” e un armadio/guardaroba/scarpiera. Se si avesse bisogno di altro spazio, si potrebbe pensare ad un controsoffitto portante, in questa zona, con accesso dalla camera e dal bagno, dove eventualmente alloggiare valigie ed oggetti non di uso quotidiano.Il bagno mantiene il sanitario nella stessa posizione, ma a differenza dello stato di fatto si accede a questo dalla zona disimpegno per sfruttarne al meglio le potenzialità. E’ stata posizionata una nuova e ampia doccia, il tutto rivestito con dei materiali nuovi e giovanili per dare un tocco di novità e freschezza allo stile minimal che contraddistingue il Progetto. La camera da letto ha direttamente accesso alla cabina armadio, che con questa conformazione risulta spaziosa e molto utile, in modo tale da lasciare libera la stanza da eventuali armadi.
The project includes a renovation of the property in order to create more usable space for a young couple or a single.The heart of the house is the living , with a modest but very useful kitchen, circumscribed by a small table useful for a quick lunch or breakfast.Then we have an extendable table, the living area with a mobile / library that at the occurrence can be transformed into a comfortable desk without close your living room that is small.I have resized and I have revised the sleeping area From this area you can go to the bathroom and to the kitchen.In the hallway it was kept a " laundry area " with the washing machine which can then be housed , if they feel the need , in a cabinet so as to be " hidden " and a closet / wardrobe / shoe rack.If you should need more space , you might think of a ceiling carrier , in this area , with access from the bedroom and the bathroom , where possibly accommodate luggage and objects of daily use.The bathroom maintains the wc in the same position but like this it is more helpful and it have more potential. There is a new and large shower , all covered with new materials and it was positioned to give a touch of novelty and freshness to the minimalist style that characterizes the project . The bedroom has direct access to the walk-in closet , it is very helpful because you can keep away the wardrobe form the bed-space.
