Small Apt in Rome

Dear Clients, as you can see in the floor plan, all doors are sliding; there is single bedroom and a mezzanine. The washing and drying machines are in front of the bathroom, under the mezzanine. For the stairs to the mezzanine I made two variants with much storage space under them. Concerning the future functionality of the single bedroom, I recommend to keep it simple (ready-made furniture) for now. Hope you will like my proposal.
