Hi!
Following your communication with fellow designers, I took in to account that your initial concept was that of redesigning the apartment with small changes on the fixed parts such as house walls, floors etc and that later on in order to have the best possible outcome you were also open and positive with the idea of making more changes.
There for, the concept of my presentation is based on providing you with 3 alternative layouts that are based on a progress of small to bigger modifications in walls, floors & space use. That way you could have a basic plan in order to make a better survey on how each solution will alter the cost of the final renovation and what will be the pro’s and con’s for each layout.
All three are based on my intention to keep space as open as possible so that the natural light, movement, communication, sharing & living together will flood in all areas.
