The functionality of the apartment has been merged and adapted to all the requirements set, designing and treating the space upmost to the perfectionism.

By removing the dividing wall of an unusable corridor and rooms between them, the space for movement has been opened for more functionality and maximum use of space. The open plan has a laid back yet luxurious vibe, with a large kitchen and a modern formal dining area. The space enhancement in emphasized by some small partitions and suspended ceiling, redefining the spaces.

The hallway is open for more natural lighting, which incorporates crafted sections of different geometric pattern laced with intriguing lighting, a shoe-cabinet, an open shelf for coating and some eye-catching artwork.

A modern sofa serves as a border around the living area in this open plan, enclosed to a more private access, creating a comfortable space with a TV wall and balcony view, illuminated by indirect lights and floor lamp in the back. Whereas the space in-between the living room and kitchen, remains as an open space for the aquarium and the green wall sitting in the back, bringing nature inside.

Another significant area of the apartment is the kitchen, where a bright kitchen sprawls across the entire width of the space, with a long cooking and dining counter-top, open to the living room with a rounded table. The kitchen also closes by a sliding steel structure glass doors, creating a unique, slick and contemporary vision through the apartment.

Moving out of the living area, we’re met with another steel structure glass door as a pre-entrance to the area of the bathroom and the bedroom providing privacy between the living and sleeping areas. Serving also as a pocket for storing the washing machine and laundry shelve.

The bedroom is a dramatic vision of indirect lighting and bright wood, with a large white closet, a white working desk and an open book shelve.

The modern style apartment look carries a cool and trendy aesthetic of bright white walls, introduced by plenty of warming wood tone and industrial details like the white brick and steel-glass panels which all together are combined by green indoor plants making the place really alive.
