Description

Dear client,
I have developed multiple options to make sure you get the overall umbrella of ideas. The first proposal is more preservative. Regarding the bathroom, I flipped the terrace door on the balcony to enhance a suitable room for a toilet seat- we can also shift it slightly with a bidet attached, flipping the main entry for a wider layout. On the facing wall, you can find a basin with a larger top as you can put your stuff around, and finally a big shower room as much as I can upon your request. Regarding the bedroom, it is also basic and to the point; the queen-size bed faces the view for a better morning experience for morning people with a small reading chair attached to a floor lamp to allow for a wardrobe. I chose to move the main door to the passage with a slight shift towards the right to block the scenery from the passage door for more privacy. The drawer is embedded in the wardrobe and the passage includes the laundry and small art pieces. Finally, the terraces are key spaces for healthy living units - enriching them with livable plants and different planter sizes will add a lot. I would suggest that you may use automatic irrigation systems if you are afraid of any headaches.

The second proposal is more destructive. I followed the idea of changing all the constants to see what we can get. The bath door will be oriented on the perpendicular wall to be able to enter the bath from the room, which will enhance the privacy idea as you get a blank scenery from the passage door with artwork attached. I set the bed perpendicular to the natural light source. On both sides, you will find a path to the walk-in closet with a large mirror attached to the drywall separator, the drawer on the side of the bathroom entry, and the passage arrangement and terraces are typical. I have attached all the preliminary sketches for all the ideas in case you want to look at them. Thank you.
