Briefing

Nel mio appartamento di 127 mq, per motivi di budget, ho ristrutturato la zona giorno per poter andare a viverci il prima possibile. Ora vorrei mettere mano alla zona notte, eliminando spazi morti e massimizzando il potenziale di quella parte dell'appartamento.
In particolare, vorrei ristrutturare il bagno con doccia (no walk-in) e avere idee originali per l'arredamento della stanza da letto più grande e la risistemazione del disimpegno. La mia idea sarebbe quella di annettere parte del disimpegno alla stanza da letto, ma vorrei altre idee.
Nel disimpegno, appesi al soffitto, ci sono tutti i tubi e i cavi dei vari impianti, ancora non coperti dal cartongesso. Vorrei approfittare della situazione per installare nel disimpegno un mobile lavanderia che ospiti e nasconda lavatrice, asciugatrice, prodotti per la pulizia, dyson, asse da stiro, ferro da stiro, e una parte di ripostiglio (valigie, piumoni, lenzuola, asciugamani).
PS. Il comò della nonna (v. foto) deve rimanere e starà nella stanza da letto; ho già uno scaldasalviette (cm 1160x450) che andrà nel bagnetto SE c'è abbastanza spazio.
PPS. il file dwg non è precisissimo. Il muro del disimpegno è diverso da come riporta il dwg. Seguire indicazioni e misure date nel file immagine.

In my 127sqm flat, for budget reasons, I restructured only one part, just to be able to go living there immediately. Now I would like to renovate the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms one small bathroom and a huge passage. Only the areas in orange will be renovated (see plan), and I would like to make the most out of the space that I have.
In particular, I'd like to renovate the bathroom with the basic 4 pieces (a shower -no walk-in, please - toilet bidet and basin) and have original ideas for the master bedroom, as well as a reorganisation of the passage. My idea would be to add part of the passage to the bedroom, but I would like other ideas.
In the passage, all pipes and cables haven't yet been hidden with drywall, as I will do later, so I wanted to take advantage of this and place washing machine and drier in there, in a closet designed for this purpose, with space for the two appliances but also my Dyson hoover, iron, ironing board, cleaning products and tools, and also space for bulky things like suitcases, duvets, bedlinen.
PS. My grandma's chest of drawers (in photos) stays and will be in the master bedroom; I already have a towel warmer (cm 1160x450) that will go in the bathroom IF there's enough space.
PPS: The dwg file is not utterly precise. The wall of the passage is different in reality. Please follow walls position and measurements as indicated in the image file.

En mi piso de 127 metros cuadrados, por razones de presupuesto, renové la zona de estar para poder vivir allí lo antes posible. Ahora me gustaría ponerme a trabajar en la zona de descanso, eliminando los espacios muertos y maximizando el potencial de esa parte del piso.
En particular, me gustaría renovar el cuarto de baño con una ducha (no walk-in) y necesito ideas originales para amueblar el dormitorio más grande y reorganizar el pasillo. Mi idea sería anexar parte del pasillo al dormitorio, pero me gustaría recibir otras ideas.
En el pasillo, colgando del techo, están todas las tuberías y cables de las distintas instalaciones, aún no cubiertas por el cartón yeso. Me gustaría aprovechar la situación para instalar un armario de lavandería en el pasillo para albergar y ocultar la lavadora, la secadora, los productos de limpieza, la Dyson, la tabla de planchar, la plancha y parte del trastero (maletas, edredones, sábanas, toallas).
PS. La cómoda de la abuela (ver foto) se quedará en el dormitorio; ya tengo un calentador de toallas (1160x450 cm) que irá en el baño SI cabe.
PPS: El file dwg no es preciso: la pared del pasillo por ejemplo està en otra posición. Por favor, seguid la posición y las medidas del file imagen.

- bathroom: 258 cm x175 cm (the latter in its largest point as there are some columns)
- master bedroom: 486x386
- passage: the little area between the two doors is 143x143 cm; the remaining area is 299cm x 247 cm (the latter in its largest point as there are some columns)
Height of walls 297 cm everywhere, once there is the drywall it will be 250cm.
