Interior Design of New Main Lobby for the office building.
Currently, the existing Lobby is the space marked “Elevator Hall”. New premises has been added (shell and core) with new separate entrance from the street level. The building is located on the main street, newly built in 2014 and added to the old historical building, creating Multifunctional Complex consisting of Shopping Center and Office Center.
The office building is currently occupied by foreign government bodies (embassy, foreign representations, etc). The building and offices are modern. The new lobby should be modern (contemporary ? neo classical ?) and very stylish. Part of the celling is declined from 4 meters to 2 meters (located under the ramp to the garage which creates a challenge).
OBJECTIVE – We want to achieve most functional space and friendly inviting atmosphere while avoiding too luxurious interior of 5+ Hotel but definitely not too minimalistic. At the sane time, we want A+ unique interior. The space has been divided into lobby area, security room, cleaning area and the toilet (currently two, want to make one to allow handicaps). We want to have TV and coffee point for the tenants and their quests. NOTE – there is also entrance to the New office from the main corridor currently not shown on the 3D renders. If you believe that overall space must be divided in the different manner – please divide and show (while keeping security, cleaning etc). Overall, we like the way the space has been divided, but not satisfied with the existing offered designs (version 1 and version 2).

2) We have 6 Zaha Hadid designed “Aria Gold” 90 sm (medium) lamps – may use or NOT depending on the overall concept accepted – we prefer to use if possible)) – http://zaha-hadid-design.com/shop/lighting/aria-chandelier-gold – (SIZE M !!!)
NOTE – Lightings and lights zoning is of at most importance to create the most beautiful atmosphere
NOTE – the ceiling is multi-step in height to cover up air conditioning pipes
NOTE – We would like to decorate the walls by contemporary art (statues – from our collections – see Ted Gall medium 20-25 sm – if applicable – measurements shown on pictures ARE IN INCHES )
NOTE – MERANI is the name of the Complex, it means PEGASUS (Winged Horse)

NOTE – we have been recommended to use ecophone sound acoustic materials on the part of the declining ceiling part right above TV and sofas areas to receive much better sound and avoid echo – but that can “kill” the overall appearance ; the material is available in various sizes – info here –

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1 – we have additional 300 sq meters new office (separate entrance from the corridor on the Main Lobby to newly planned stairs outside to the balcony on the photos and some additional interior space). – to be panned and designed as separate office and 2000 sq meters of Roof to be added as the additional floor (currently elevators goes to the Roof as seen on the pictures) – the WINNER to have chance to work on those projects.
