Complimenti per la scelta del pavimento, per le nuove aree potreste usare lastre di Laminam collezione oxide perla http://www.laminam.it/it/referenza/dexo con spessore 3 o 7 millimetri, questo eviterebbe di fare troppe demolizioni.

Cercherò in breve di illustrarvi la nostra proposta progettuale….

Dal punto di vista compositivo, ho mantenuto come da Voi richiesto il corridoio e l’ubicazione dei bagni con apertura sullo stesso. Guardando con attenzione la distribuzione e la dimensione degli ambienti ho ritenuto possibile uno pseudo-ampliamento della zona living annettendo lo studio anche se separato da una porta scorrevole per ottenere maggiore spazio e svolgere più attività mantenendo il contatto visivo. Questa soluzione non preclude la privacy in quanto ho collegato lo studio con la camera principale, nella quale ho ricavato una cabina armadio comodissima.
Con un gioco di incastri abbiamo ottenuto due bagni di rappresentanza, uno con un grande piatto doccia a filo pavimento e l’altro come da voi richiesto con una bellissima vasca della ditta Agape….. (gli scarichi dei wc sono stati mantenuti rigorosamente dove si trovano attualmente). La stanza degli ospiti potrà essere arredata anche con i mobili che attualmente avete in camera Vs.
