La soluzione proposta mira a creare un open space grazie a un ampliamento dell'apertura del vano porta esistente sul muro portante (le dimensioni di tale ampliamento e le soluzioni tecniche e tecnologiche da creare andrebbero valutate meglio previo un sopralluogo).
E' stato creato il secondo bagno in adiacenza al primo sia per una migliore distruzione degli ambienti sia per non avere problemi con le pendenze degli scarichi. Si propone di sostituire l'impianto termico con un impianto a pavimento sia per maggiore efficacia che garantisce quest'ultimo e sia perchè, con l'eliminazione degli elementi radianti, si può sfruttare meglio lo spazio sotto le finestre per addossare arredi e quant'altro. E' stata scelta per lo studio l'ubicazione in prossimità della veranda per diversi motivi: orientamento, possibilità di fruire di uno spazio all'aperto nelle pause di lavoro e, perchè no, utilizzare tale spazio per lavorare nei periodi in cui il clima è più clemente.
