In an internal area of approximately 96 square meters, we have made a very functional and harmonious distribution, which is made up of two bedrooms with single beds, two double rooms (one has an internal bathroom and dressing room) and a small room with a washing machine.
There is a 25 square meter terrace which has direct communication with the main room and also through a corridor.
Going up the stairs, we are greeted by a small living room, next to it is the laundry room and in front of this is a single bedroom and a bathroom that can be used by all three bedrooms.
All rooms have a closet and a small work area. (The client, if he wishes, can eliminate the desk so that the closets are bigger)
To get to the main bedroom you have to take the corridor.
