Tenuto conto delle invarianti come l’accesso dalla scala, le finestre, la posizione delle colonne fecali e la struttura portante visibile (due pilastri presumibilmente in ferro stando alle misure fornite), il progetto prevede la sistemazione delle quattro camere da letto, dei due bagni e della lavanderia richieste dalla committenza. La scala interna fornisce l’accesso al piano in posizione piuttosto decentrata rispetto allo sviluppo della pianta. Da qui due tratti di corridoio, di larghezza ed altezza diverse per caratterizzare ciascun segmento, creano un percorso cadenzato che conduce al vestibolo che disimpegna tre delle quattro camere e permette l’accesso diretto al terrazzo. Proprio la porta-finestra da cui si esce in terrazzo, per la sua esposizione verso sud, consentirà l’ingresso di una grande quantità di luce lungo tutto l’arco della giornata dando a quest’ambiente, altrimenti anonimo o semplicemente di passaggio, una sua riconoscibile specificità.
Delle quattro camere quella padronale è fornita del bagno esclusivo e di una cabina armadio, le altre tre hanno la dimensione per poter contenere anche due letti ciascuna. Il bagno comune, dotato di un’ampia cabina doccia (cm 130 x 130), occupa l’area lasciata libera dallo sviluppo della scala e per questo senza aperture dirette verso l’esterno. Per poter assicurare l’aerazione e l’illuminazione naturale è necessario creare ex novo una finestra (con l’altezza del davanzale non minore di cm 150) oppure creare un lucernario elettrificato.
I due pilastri attualmente visibili sono, nella configurazione di progetto, inglobati nelle pareti divisorie che possono essere realizzate in muratura (forati in laterizio e intonaco cm 1,5 + 8 + 1,5) oppure in cartongesso con doppia lastra su ciascun lato e materiale fonoassorbente nell’intercapedine (cm 1,25 + 1,25 + 5 + 1,25 + 1,25). Per la posizione di questo bagno, di quello esclusivo e della lavanderia è sufficiente utilizzare solo una delle due colonne fecali disponibili.

Taking into account the invariants such as access from the staircase, the windows, the position of the fecal columns and the visible load-bearing structure (two pillars presumably in iron according to the measurements provided), the project envisages the arrangement of the four bedrooms, the two bathrooms and the laundry required by the client. The internal staircase provides access to the floor in a rather decentralized position with respect to the layout of the plan. From here, two stretches of corridor, of different width and height to characterize each segment, create a cadenced path that leads to the vestibule which disengages three of the four bedrooms and allows direct access to the terrace. Precisely the French window from which one exits to the terrace, due to its southern exposure, will allow a large amount of light to enter throughout the day, giving this environment, otherwise anonymous or simply passing through, a its recognizable specificity.
Of the four bedrooms, the master one is equipped with an exclusive bathroom and a walk-in closet, the other three have the size to also contain two beds each. The common bathroom, equipped with a large walk-in shower (130 x 130 cm), occupies the area left free by the development of the staircase and therefore without direct openings to the outside. In order to ensure ventilation and natural lighting, a window must be created from scratch (with a sill height of no less than 150 cm) or create an electrified skylight.
The two pillars currently visible are, in the project configuration, incorporated in the partition walls which can be made of masonry (brick and plaster 1.5 + 8 + 1.5 cm) or in plasterboard with double slab on each side and material sound-absorbing in the cavity (cm 1.25 + 1.25 + 5 + 1.25 + 1.25). For the position of this bathroom, the exclusive one and the laundry room, it is sufficient to use only one of the two fecal columns available.
