Then I send you my proposal for your project. My idea is to make the most of each floor space in question. So I propose 5 bedrooms (2 single, 1 double with single beds, 2 double each with its private bathroom), 1 bathroom for the entire floor, an exterior and an interior laundry room, a deck on the terrace and a small living room with sofa / bed that can be used as a guest room.
All bedrooms and bathrooms are located to receive natural light and ventilation. Most of the rooms have enough space to set up a desk or workspaces. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe / closet to maximize spaces.
The distribution corridor has a width of 1.30 meters so that it can also accommodate uses, such as libraries or small reading areas, also receiving natural light and ventilation.
