I tried to meet your project task, with a logical distribution of area and communication lines, I fit in both variants 3 single rooms +2 double room + terrace. My goal was to group certain rooms with indented corridors, which will contribute to intimacy and better use of space. I would emphasize the central space as a space for socializing, a space for social games with lazy bags, with a small coffee bar on the side and small sofas. This space can function as a living room of floor 2 without the communication line to the rooms being compromised.
