The apartments are also given a garden. Entrance directions are arranged with privacy in mind. Pedestrian movement is concentrated on a single road and dispersed to houses by the shortest route. In addition, this road has been designed as spacious, fun and useful, considering the landscape.
Balconies were added in accordance with the 150 cm rule in accordance with the usage logic. These balconies also serve as protective eaves that should be at shop and house entrances. They were also beneficial to the facade design. In summary, the added balconies perform both usage and design tasks.
It is the standard interior design that needs to be done in order to ensure justice, ease of application and customer appreciation in rented apartments in this style. Furniture and room types should be of a certain standard. The entrances of the two apartments in the building number 1 are from different directions, creating a difference in the interior design. We fixed this problem by doing the same thing. In all apartments, all permanent and movable furniture such as wardrobe, living area, kitchen, bed, dining area and TV unit have a standard design. TV units and dining areas are combined in a single furniture and wall covering. While this provides ease of application, it also gives the feeling of covering on the entire wall, making the space look more modern and expensive.
